Consent for the processing of personal data and visitor rights
By making a purchase in the online store or sending a message via the contact form, and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I voluntarily give my explicit consent for the companies Dallas d.o.o. and Mars music d.o.o., acting as data controllers, to collect and process the personal data obtained during the purchase or via the contact form:
- for the purpose of completing the purchase and contacting me via email or telephone regarding the purchase/delivery,
- for marketing purposes and contacting me via email or telephone regarding other activities related to similar products
By purchasing an item from the online store and thereby agreeing to the stated terms, I confirm that I am aware of my rights regarding the personal data provided and that, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I have the right to:
- request access to my personal data,
- request the correction or deletion of my personal data or a restriction on processing concerning me, and that I have the right to object to processing and the right to data portability,
- withdraw my consent at any time by notifying via email and/or by following the instructions on the unsubscribe page linked in every message sent,
- lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner.
- By agreeing to the terms of purchase, I also acknowledge the following:
- that the controller will process the personal data I have provided exclusively for the purposes stated above until I withdraw my consent,
- that no automated decision-making takes place based on the provided data,
- that my personal data is stored until consent is withdrawn.
- Email addresses obtained prior to May 28, 2018, are stored as proof of information or purchases in the event of a legal dispute and are retained for the period required by law.
