Terms and conditions of use
The general terms and conditions of the Dallas Music Shop online store are harmonized with the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/14, 110/15) based on the recommendations of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and international codes for e-commerce.
The Dallas Music Shop is operated by Dallas d.o.o. By registering in the Dallas Music Shop system, the visitor or customer receives a username and password. The username and password are determined by the visitor and associated with the entered data. By registering, the visitor becomes a user and thus gets the right to purchase.
The General Terms and Conditions apply to the operation of the Dallas Music Shop, user rights and the business relationship between provider and customer.
Availability of information (according to legal provisions)
The bidder undertakes to provide the buyer with access to the following information:
a) Identity of the company (name and registered office, registration number)
b) Contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone)
c) Characteristics of the goods (including guarantees)
d) Product availability, ie time limit for availability
e) Product delivery terms
f) Prices must be clearly marked (VAT, shipping costs)
g) Methods of payment and delivery
h) duration of the bid
i) Term and conditions of possible withdrawal from the contract, ie purchase and return of the product
j) Course of the complaint procedure, necessary information on the contact person
Offer
Due to the nature of the online store business, the offer is regularly updated and changed. Prices are expressed in e-prices. The e-price is the price that is valid for online purchases. All prices in the online store are expressed in euros And include VAT (Slovenian 22%)
The stated prices of the products are valid at the time of purchase, and the bidder is subject to change without notice.
Methods of payment
The provider provides the following methods of payment:
1. Proforma invoice to our IBAN
2. Cash with collection from the delivery service (Payment on delivery to the delivery service you pay in cash. Delivery services for such services charge a commission that is not shown on the invoice for the purchased goods.
3. Payment by debit or credit card via PAYPAL
The bidder issues an invoice to the buyer with a breakdown of costs and instructions on how he can withdraw from the purchase and return the items if necessary and possible.
The sales contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider's server and is available to the customer at any time on his user profile.
Prices
The Internet price is valid for all users of the Dallas Music Shop. By registering, the visitor becomes a user of the Dallas Music Shop.
All prices include VAT (22%), unless otherwise stated
Prices are valid at the time of sending the order.
Prices are valid in case of payment in the above ways and under the above conditions.
The sales contract between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the bidder confirms the order (the buyer receives an electronic message about the status or confirmation of the order). After that, all prices and other conditions are fixed and valid for both the bidder and the buyer.
The right to cancel the purchase and return the goods
The consumer has a legal deadline of 14 days, from the moment of taking over the goods, to cancel the order in writing. The goods must be returned to the seller within 30 days at the latest.
The consumer must return the taken over goods undamaged, in the original packaging and in the taken over quantity. Unless the goods have been destroyed, damaged, lost or the quantity has changed through no fault of the buyer.
Refund will be made as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from receipt of notice of cancellation of the purchase and return of goods. The costs of sending the returned goods will be borne by the buyer. The bidder will return to the buyer the price paid less handling costs (postal and banking transactions). Refunds are made to the customer's current account or PayPal.
Return of the received goods to the seller within the period provided for the cancellation of the order is considered as a notice of cancellation of the purchase.
Returned products
Returned products are those that have been returned to the bidder and have defects (say damaged packaging or defect). Defects, ie the condition of the product, must be recorded with each returned item and on the invoice.
Products identified as "returned products" can be returned for the same product or replaced with another product of equal value.
Delivery
The bidder will deliver the goods or services within the agreed time.
The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is Hrvatska Pošta. Goods are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
All the necessary information on who the buyer can contact after the conclusion of the contract in the event of a complaint, or information related to the warranty.
Security
The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments. Buying and paying through an online store is secure.
All money transactions performed in the online store are protected by the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol and the secure data encryption protocol.
All data you leave in the online store system is encrypted with SSL data encryption technology. This advanced data encryption process prevents the theft of personal data
Protection of personal data
The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the buyer.
The provider keeps the IP addresses of all visitors to the online store indefinitely. It also keeps with registered members - name and surname, e-mail address, contact telephone number, primary address and delivery address, country of residence, time and date of registration and archive of communication with the bidder.
The bidder will use personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order and other necessary communication.
Under no circumstances will user data be passed on to unauthorized persons.
The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data, by ensuring the security of his username and password and the appropriate software (antivirus) protection of his computer.
The user may at any time decide to have his data permanently deleted.
Intellectual property
All rights reserved. All texts, images, graphics, sound files, animations, videos and their derivatives on this website are subject to copyright and other intellectual property protection. These contents may not be copied for commercial use or distribution, modified or published on other websites. This website may contain images for which the provider has acquired the right to use, but these images are protected by copyright of a third party.
Under no circumstances shall the Provider be liable for any links that are not part of this website, nor for any other websites that are not or are linked to this website. Communication
The provider will connect with the user through available means of distance communication when it does not explicitly object.

The bidder may not accept an order from someone he knows or assumes is a child, without the permission of his parents or guardians.
The provider may not receive personal data of children without the express permission of their parents or guardians.
The provider may also not pass on children's data to a third party. The exceptions are parents or guardians.
The provider must not allow free access to products that are harmful to children.
Complaints and disputes
The provider complies with applicable consumer protection laws. The bidder seeks to fulfill its duty to establish an effective system of action, as well as a system for dealing with complaints.
